Congratulations!

Thanks, folks. I just had to bust out with that little announcement because it's been an ORDEAL sitting here under the thumb of these drill sergeants for the last... well since October. Now I get to get out into the Real Army (whatever that may be) to do a real job (the one I signed up for, I'm told) and where supposedly you are actually treated like a human person! (I doubted the last one myself, but I've heard rumors, so one never knows.)

As for how well I did, well, I couldn't let my Drum Corps family down, could I? ^_^ Honestly, I just did the best I could and a few of my classmates caught some bad breaks. I'm sure that given another shot that any one of them could have taken the top spot from me.

Hopefully I will be able to make it out to the next show at Kennesaw, GA, and if the cards are dealt right, maybe one or two others as well. Hope to see a few of you out and about there, and until then, thanks for indulging me, and for your kind words. *^_^*
