A man claiming to be the lovechild of MARILYN MONROE and former U.S. president JOHN F. KENNEDY has launched a court battle for a share of his 'father's' estate. New Yorker John R. Burton - who has changed his name to John Fitzerald Kennedy - has come forward 45 years after Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas, Texas. The 53-year-old has filed papers at Manhattan federal court insisting he deserves a fair share of Kennedy's fortune. He also calls for DNA testing to prove he is the late president's eldest son. The lawsuit reads, "In his will, each child of President Kennedy was to receive a certain amount of money each year pursuant to the terms in said will." Susan Frunzi, representing the Kennedy estate, tells the New York Post, "I assume it's a frivolous lawsuit, and it wouldn't be the first time that people have filed frivolous lawsuits against this family." John F. Kennedy had two children with his wife Jackie Kennedy; Caroline and John Jr., who died in a plane crash in 1999. Although he was rumoured to have had an affair with Monroe before his death in 1963, there's no evidence to suggest she bore his child. Test his DNA, then if he is lying, HE pays the Kennedys. I suppose there might be an argument that he truly believes this to be true, but his lunge for the money rather than simply searching for truth betrays this position.

Plus IF he were the love child of that pairing, he should be WAY better looking... :lol:

Marilyn Monroe was in the public eye CONSTANTLY. Best I recall, I never read any reports of her being pregnant, and someone definitely would have noticed.

From Internet sources;

Marilyn was indeed, at her biggest, a size 16 – it is often mentioned in women's magazines and elsewhere as a healthy alternative and argument against the pressure upon women and stars to be ultra-thin. The fact is Marilyn did not like being that heavy. The weight went on when she married and settled down with Arthur Miller in 1956. By 1959 she was pregnant (while filming ‘Some Like It Hot') and so the weight continued to pile on. Upon seeing the premiere she said she disgusted by how fat she looked (of course she looked lovely as she was but certainly compared to her last movie, ‘The Prince and The Showgirl', just two years previously she had become even curvier. By the time she made ‘Let's Make Love' in 1960 she was at her heaviest.

She became pregnant on a number of occasions during her lifetime.

Did you check snopes.com to make sure your facts are accurate? :lol: :D

Hm, I was only able to find record of two pregnancies (1957 and 1958), both with Arthur Miller, one of them ectopic and both ending in miscarriages. The bolded sentence above is inaccurate, as "Some Like it Hot" was filmed in the summer of 1958. It wasn't released until 1959, but by that time Monroe had already miscarried.

Okay, fine, let me clarify: if Monroe had a pregnancy that lasted into the third trimester I'm sure it would have been noticed.

Kevin, my point about the weight issue is she could have carried a child long enough to have a preemie.
I say tell this guy to get a DNA and let's see if he telling the truth.

Wouldn't it be cool if it were true, instead of BS. What a wonderful scandal that would be. I think that might be all it takes to push old Ted right off the edge..............................Bill
