OK, all together now - "The Academy..........Top 12" and repeat as needed. Wow, WHAT a first show score for them!!! I do believe that the judges were making a pretty solid statement.........yes, I KNOW it's only the first show!! I'm realistic enough to know that they're not a LOCK for finals by any means.......but they WILL be a contender. Newcomers to Div. 1 USUALLY have a pretty tough time for the first year or two - but it appears to me that based on their score that the Academy deserves to be in Div. 1 AND is going to be QUITE competitive. My congratulations to the members, staff and booster parents of the Academy - and to the rest of the Div. 1 corps between 13th-20th place, this is your wake up call!! :hum:

I know VK hasn't been around in a while and I am glad to see them back....but a 42.90??? Anyone see them? :drop:

It might have had a little bit to do with having to do their show with borrowed equipment because their equipment vehicle caught fire. Read on (Malibu, as a Crossmen alum, this will sound very familiar):
