Division I
86.600 The Cadets
86.400 The Cavaliers
85.950 Phantom Regiment
79.050 Boston Crusaders
77.300 Glassmen
71.100 Southwind
70.650 Troopers

Division III
71.650 Memphis Sound

Between Cavies and PR tonight = 0.45
Between Cavies and PR last night = 1.40

I know it's different judges, but which set of scores is more realistic? (personally, I like tonight's better than last night's)

My gut not having seen the corps beyond videos online, the bigger spread is correct.

While Phantom has another great music book, again visually I can't figure out why they can't figure it out! They obviously have the talent in the corps to do a better visual program, but instead we get a field cluttered with pointless crap that muddles the drill. Sorry, but unless a major overhaul takes place, I see Phantom slipping as low as 5th or 6th by season's end, and I think you have their staff, especially visual staff, to blame. It could have been their year. . .and maybe I am completely wrong and it is their year, but I don't think so.
Just because your hate is masked by "free thinking" or being "open-minded" does not make it right.

You're probably right.

Taking what I've learned from Kevin's analyses:

Boston Crusaders: 78.700 to 79.050 (+0.350)
Phantom Regiment: 84.850 to 85.950 (+1.100)
The Cavaliers: 86.250 to 86.400 (+0.150)

Obviously PR's score jump is "out of line" unless there was a special cause (e.g., clean-up of drill changes implemented at Charleston).

Note: Troopers score went up +1.400 also. All 4 corps competed against each other both nights. This stuff is hard to figure!!
