A couple of comments about the Stockton show.

Blue Devils color guard looks like someone fell into a box of florescent highlighters. I actually like neon yellow, pink, and orange, but this was blinding.

It was really strange to see a show with no judges on the field dodging the marchers.

Was this show being broadcast back to the east coast or something? It started at 5:30 and was over (including the encore performance) by 8:15. I have never been at a show that ended before the sun went down before. Why can't this ever happen when I have to drive three hours to get home after the show; this show was within walking distance of my house!

Vanguard Cadets and Blue Devils B are darn good, but they are nowhere near the level of Esperanza or Academy of a few years ago. Who is the hot corps in DII this year?

They were touting this as the 25th Moonlight Classic. I'm sure there are competitions (Allentown?) that have longer histories, but how many shows have been held annually for longer than 25 years?

Speaking of BD's guard uniforms..... first thing I thought when I saw them was if Resume Hut is watching this, he's probably stabbing his eyes out!
